    Missing Keys


    I only play Microsoft Bingo occasionally. Last time I played- perhaps one or two weeks ago- I had earned 40 keys and was just waiting to reach the community goal before receiving them. I logged in after being inactive for a while today. Of course, my card
    had been cleared, and the community goal had long since re-set, but my 40 keys are missing.

    Is there any way to get help with this? Kinda feel like a waste of time to have earned a game reward and not receive it. Makes me not want to play.

    I have had several times lost coins and power ups......2000 coins!! Now, I am missing 100 keys! I

    missing 100 keys that were purchased last night. Lost over 2000 coins and many other power ups and keys in the past.

    Did you look to see if they were in the incoming gifts section? That's where I found my keys from the community goal.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Maybe the OP is missing their period key. Somehow, my work laptop is missing the stop key for playing videos.
