    My xbox onscreen keyboard is invisible and cant be seen at all. What do I do?

    Smartglass keyboard and search support for Xbox Music missing?

    Unless I'm missing something, I've not been able to search for music within Xbox Music using Smartglass on my Android device. I'd like to be able to use my smartphone keyboard to search for music. This is not a lot to ask for 9.99 per month.

    Also, I'd love to use my smartphone keyboard to search for titles on Netflix. This seems to also be missing.

    The only thing I've been able to use my smartphone keyboard is for browsing.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    To add what Sniper said i will provide you a link that'll show you how to do a Power Cycle // Hard reset

    If it still occurs remove the profile from the console and re-add it too refresh your Xbox live connection. Thanks
