Missing Just Cause 2 code after buying Just Cause 3

Hello, I bought Just Cause 3 on 3rd January, but until today I haven't received the promotional Just Cause 2 code that shows as an offer on the Xbox One Store.

Can I receive it manually to my email?

I haven't received a code for just cause 2 after buying just cause 3 Support sent me here

 

Missing Just Cause 2 promo code after pre-ordering Just Cause 3

I pre-ordered Just Cause 3 on the 15th November, so over 15 days ago, and still haven't received my download code for Just Cause 2. Having contacted XBox support, they recommend posting on this forum to get a reply. Hopefully this gets picked up by someone
soon.
