Missing/Incorrect Rewards Credits

I been looking through my reward credits for the last year are lesser values then they should be or just missing all together.

My Vip star is Rank 2(Gold) which puts me at 4%

Examples:

last month November I spent $69.97 (Jackbox, Elder Scrolls,& a movie)

credits received 1,158

4% should be 2,798

October

I spent $59.99 on South Park

No credits at all

should be 2,399

September

I spent $79.98 (Destiny 2 & Sonic Mania)

Again no credits at all

should be 3,199

There are more examples going back farther an I understand something are ineligible but i find it hard to believe that any of these purchases would be.

Can someone explain to be what is going on or help get me my credits

Hello rewards

As i mention before the reward that were added were incorrect there suppose to be at least higher than 10,00 credits as i demand credit to fill the gap . So what offer reward credits can you offer now maybe 50,000 or higher?

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Your Elder Scrolls purchase last month was a consumable. Your South Park purchase was a pre-order. Your Destiny 2 purchase was a pre-order, and you Sonic Mania purchase went towards the Summer Spotlight offer. Also as stated in the FAQ, purchases cannot
go towards both offers and MyVIP:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with
your MyVIP Star Rank.

Therefore, none of those purchases qualified for Credits.

We do not see a purchase of the Ultimate Edition until October, which means it was outside the offer period for that offer.

Your $6 purchase in June went towards the Rewards Hunters offer. Purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

This is why only your $30 purchase in June had MyVIP payback. Your purchases in May continued to be reserved to complete a $10 amount in a following month.

A staff member will have to review your account and they will reply to you here. Keep in mind they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work on weekends.

Also, keep in mind that they do pay in increments of $10. So while it sounds like your amount is off, your June payment would be based on $40, not $42.23. So $2.23 would carry over to July. No matter, just a small note. The staff will still reply to you
on Monday or Tuesday.
