Missing Halo Wars:Definitive Edition Early Access Code

Hello, I purchased Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition earlier this month (December 4th). I understand that this title is bundled with Halo Wars: Definitive Edition and that today is the day early access codes are starting to be handed out for HWE. I never received
a code despite having pre-ordered HW2 over 10 days ago, and the promotion states that I should have already received a code (or should have received one today). Can anyone help me? I haven't received any emails or messages in the Xbox application on my PC about
the code.

I pre-ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition on december 19th and have not received an early access code for halo wars definitive edition.

11 days after buying Halo WARS 2 ultimate edition I still haven't had my redeem code for the early access to Halo wars definitive edition
