    missing halo 5 gold req packs.


    I just bought the $44.99 req pack bundle on halo 5, I only got to open 1 pack, so what happened to the rest? Should have received 20. I received the receipt by email, so my money was taken but didn't receive what I payed for. I tried quitting the game and
    resting it, but they still don't show up.

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    halo 5 15th anniversary req pack i didnt get it

    my issue is a req pack 343 industries gave halo 5 player the 15th anniversary req pack on the 12th of november i was playing halo 5 that day and i didnt get the req pack and im very upset about this

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.
