Missing GWG/Sale tab on my One

    Missing GWG/Sale tab on my One


    I'm missing the gwg/sale tab off my main dash for almost a week now. No idea why it vanished. To see that page I need to go into settings, account, subscriotions, click on my xbox live subscription, and click on exclusive desls under the features and benefits
    section.

    My gold expires at the end of May, so no idea why that tab/panel has vanished. I've tried refreshing the dash and have done several hard resets (hold the power button till the system shuts off and unplugged the brick for a few minutes).

    Any idea how to get the sale tab back?

    Some questions

    Honestly, once you get used to the new dashboard, it's not so bad.

    People have already informed you where the GwG tab is, but you can also utilize the website here: www.xbox.com/.../sales-and-specials

    Same problem on my Xbox One. I just usd Microsoft Edge & went to Xbox Live to DL GWG.

    Hey there Abraxsis2006,

    The ads do cycle around from time to time, if you're wanting to see them in another location you can go to the Xbox Store on the console and then click on Featured. This will actually show you not only Deals with Gold, but other sales as well!

    Hey there Abraxsis2006,

    The ads do cycle around from time to time, if you're wanting to see them in another location you can go to the Xbox Store on the console and then click on Featured. This will actually show you not only Deals with Gold, but other sales as well!

    Yeah even the GWG do not show up in my order history.

    One place that they should show up (mine do) even the GWG is if you sign in at account.xbox.com and go to my games tab at the top right now it will only show your Xbox one games but that right now is the ones your looking for.
