Missing Groove Music Pass offer code request not fulfilled.

Hello,

Recently I submitted a support request to receive my redemption code for the 3 free months of Groove Music Pass, but the code provided to me was invalid and the support thread was already locked so I could not notify the support rep of the problem.

My monthly renewal is rapidly approaching and I have no wish to continue the service if I cannot get this issue addressed to my satisfaction.

I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

I haven't received my Grove music for 3 months

I still haven't receive the code for my 3 months music pass after purchasing a 1 month groove music pass.

Which error did you receive when you tried to redeem? That information will help us a bunch. Error codes will look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000.

 

The message I receive when I try to redeem the code is this:

Either someone redeemed my code for their own account or the mod (Mister Cizl) provided me with the wrong code.
