Missing GoW 360 Collection from GoW4 1TB Bundle

Was told by CSR to post here and have it solved within 2-3 days. Lets see how it ends.

Also was told that I should've received codes withing 7-10 days from redeeming code, so how does it stand against the waves information :|

Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection Promotion

Hi

I bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle (1TB) and redeemed my code for GOW4 on December 31.

Can I still receive the codes please for the

Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection promotion ?

If yes, when I will receive the codes for

gow, gow2, gow3, gow: Judgment ?

I really would appreciate it.

Just recently purchase Xbox S GOW 1Tb bundle and need help looking for code to DL GOW collection.

You have to remember that a they been flooded with requests and there is a very small team your are just going to have to wait

Some preorders still are waiting so you are just going to have to wait for the month

Phone support doesn't know much about promotions or changes

B after launch the timeline was changed however the waves info was always there trust me I been reading it since preorders started Dec 2015



To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.
