Missing games

Anyone else missing a bunch of games? I check my purchase history and only shows last few i have bought .my ready to install has gone from about 30 down to 7 . All the games i knoknow i have bought show not owned and need to be purchased in the store again
.

Can still see a few that arent listed in my history like battlefield 1 , ryse n mad max, thougg cant access last 2 after attemptingna system reset as suggested by xbox .

I know im missing for sure : ryse, mad max, titanfall 2, desd rising triple pack, dead rising 3, metro 2 pack with saints row 2 pack. Killer instinct was a freebie, assassins creed creed pack. Shadows of mordor and a few others .Well over 100$ missing .pretty
annoyed and was planning to buy some othrrs but am now concerned ill loose them randkmly as well.

Hey there.

You'll receive codes for the BC Gears games in an Xbox Live message. They are going out in waves, so don't worry quite yet if you haven't received them - the original date given for the codes going out was December 1st, but some people seem to be getting
them a bit early.

To clarify, are you referring to the Xbox store here on Xbox.com? Your PC purchases wouldn't show up here, but if you download the
Games for Windows Marketplace Client you should have access to your games. Let us know how it goes

Thanks for your post. If games are missing from the ready to install list, be sure you're signed into the account the games were purchased on. Also, if there was a previous home Xbox designation it could account for the games seen on the ready to install
list; to recover them, the same account set as home Xbox on the console must be designated again. for more information on home Xbox check out:

My Home Xbox Setting If the games are still unable to be recovered, please use the
Contact Us portal to get in contact with an agent to have this issue addressed as soon as possible.

Signed in on correct profile and its set to home console .

Is there a phone i can actually talk with someone?

Did the livechat and got the run around, if it doesnt list in my purchase history i must be imagining it .

But still have battlefield one available which was purchased in the bundle with titanfall 2 (no longer available).

• Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Games & Apps)
• Select to
  Request a call from Support.
