    Missing Games


    So last week my Xbox One had some hardware problems. So I sent it in to be fixed. Got a new one mailed to me in 3 days. Awesomesauce. Huge problem now. Missing games.

    The games I'm missing is the free with gold halo and Guacamelee. I contacted microsoft and they told me there is no history of me purchasing these games. Well I didn't purchase them. They were free. The games offered right now for gold I got back easily
    as they were ready to download in my games queue.

    Is there a download history like on the 360? I'm having trouble finding it if there is. I want my games back ****! Anyone have the same problem?

    You'll receive codes for the BC Gears games in an Xbox Live message. They are going out in waves, so don't worry quite yet if you haven't received them - the original date given for the codes going out was December 1st, but some people seem to be getting

    I, unfortunately, don't have a solution for you, but I do find it odd that they have no record of you "purchasing" them. The whole point of GwG was that you could use the games forever provided you still had a Gold subscription...

    when you purchase a free game, its still a purchase you can go back to and download whenever. do they show up in your "ready to download queue" everything purchased not installed shows up there (and you can't delete it) i still have a few demos sitting there
    i can't get rid of because i deleted them lol.

    Also OP, are you sure you purchased them when they were free. I don't see them in your games history.

    Yeah I download free gold games as soon as they are available. I played halo for about 5 min and didn't do anything with Guacamelee.
