    Missing Games with gold game


    This is the second time a games with gold game has been found missing from my library and me basically having to purchase it again. Both times I called support and both times they said I never owned it since it wasn't in my entitlement list or order history. I played both games for longer than a month, don't gameshare, and even bought dlc for both. I have achievements on both games. I see that other people have this problem and never find a solution. Xbox support won't even escalate it or give a credit for the games. What is XBox doing about this? There are multiple posts that are never resolved regarding this issue.... I was told I should go to my order history after every purchase and take a screenshot by xbox support...

    I have over 1400 games in my xbox library. That isn't an appropriate solution.

    Sorry, but once the game has been removed from Games with Gold, then you have to pay for it.

    Unfortunately once it's gone it's gone. Just remember even when you're away you can go to xbox.com and login to your account and grab the free games with gold so you don't miss anything...I know this doesn't help with SOTN but in the future it may save
    you.
