Missing games that i know i bought.

im trying to reinstall dark souls 3 and have found that it says that i dont own the game. i know for a fact that i bought the game's deluxe version and that it should be in my, "all owned games" section but is missing. i went and viewed my order history
and found that multiple others game that i bought and own arent on there either. i bought Diablo 3 and i have it in my, "all owned games" but it doesnt show up on my order history. the only thing for diablo 3 that shows up in my order history is the necromancer
dlc. this makes no sense to me. im not going to go and pay $84.99 for a game that i own but for whatever reason says i now, all of the sudden, dont own. this is ridiculous. anybody have an idea of how to help besides calling xbox or microsoft support?

3 tips, i can give you, go on ur profile on ur microsoft account and check if they are there, also try to remember if you bought a hard copy and not a digital copy, all hard copy games wont show under owned games. Look in ur achivements, do you have the
achivements, if you do, you should be able to prove that you bought the game. Did you buy those games under old accounts. They are old games you might have forgotten something along the way. I sure did mistake like that in the past.

I have the same exact problem ,red dead redemption 2 ,and call of duty modern warfare .i know for a fact i bought them ,but like you said ,when i go to order history they do not show at all .makes me wonder how many xbox games have been taken from me lol

They said there was an issue and they couldn't find the item on my order history even though I recently played it. I don't know what im supposed to do now.

If you're 100% sure you bought it on that account, contact support and have them look into it. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

With issues like these, we recommend you to Check your Xbox purchase history | Xbox Support just to make sure that you own the game on your account. If that's the case, please try removing your account and add it back. Make sure that you are logged in with the correct account. However, if the issue persists, you will need to get in touch with our live support again for them to double check your account.
