Missing games that have been bought

So when i bought my first xbox it was the ultimate gears of war edtion so that came as a (CODE) not bought but still digitaly installed in my recent years of using my xbox i got free games like paladins,happy wars,apex legends, and a game thats not free
now (BUT) it was at that moment known as tells of the borderlands as for the games that i (BOUGHT) digitally i got borderlands 3,anthem, and a cosidered bought game gears of war ultimate edition. Now heres where things started taking a turn.after a certain
amount of time for whatever reason the game known as (BORDERLANDS 3) refused to let me play keep in mind borderlands 3 was the only game doin this at the time but did not inform me that i had to buy it again. Skip a little months by and i drop my xbox 2 feet
high on solid concrete irreparably damaging the motherboard so i got a new specificly refurbished xbox and implemented my same account now the games that i specificly bought digially i have to repurchase and are not appearing in my reinstall even the game
that was recieved by a code is also not shown as purchased and has to be repurchased however the free games work oerfectly fine and also are shown as previously installed aka the reinstall section so please if there is something i can do to have those games

Hard Reset
Clear Cache
Uninstall and Reinstall game
OK, so to hard reset your Xbox One, you must press the Xbox logo on the controller to bring up the Guide. Now, go to the far right and select the gear icon, then click on Settings to get things moving in
the right direction.

What you need to do here, then, is to click on System, then Console info. At the Xbox One System settings section, select the option that says Reset console. Here you’ll be given a few options
to choose from, so select the one that best represents your needs, then reset and wait.

From there, check if the games have reappeared.

2] Clear Cache
Clearing the cache is pretty simple when you think about it. Just press and hold the Xbox power button located at the front of the unit to turn off the system. After that, unplug the power bring from the console, then plug it back in.
You must now wait until the light on the power brick changes from white to orange. After that, simply turn on the Xbox One as you’d usually do, then check to see if the problem still persists.

Probably for the best though, I've bought enough games already, those deals have been great!

True sir manselot, and the people who bought points for this game get shafted. Well we missed the sale, even though some of us have been trying to buy it since the game was on sale on the correct date. I guess we will have to wait until there is another
sale and there is no telling when that will be.

Did they have to wait forever to release this? ;_; Bought the game for $40 and missed the half off DLC.
