Missing games in the cloud

Sorry that you have had trouble going though Microsoft Support.

Please be aware, I along with other, Xbox Ambassadors, Volunteer Moderators, MVPs, and normal community members are only Community members and not Microsoft Employees.

While Microsoft Employees do participate in these forums, they may not be able to help with this experience. The Microsoft Advocates may not be able to do much either, as these are Agents engaged by Microsoft to answer your questions and Moderate the community.

I paid my Xbox live account a day before it was due and I renewed my Xbox live 12mos subscription then 2weeks later they cancelled my subscription stating non-payment and so ensued a 6 week battle of myself arguing with microsoft,3 times Microsoft
inept employees hung up on me, dealing with that stupid avatar bot that continuously sent me to the gaming community who of course couldn't help because there gamers not Microsoft, and even when it stated right on my account the date and method by which I
paid for and renewed my subscription it still took 6 weeks for me to speak with a Microsoft employee that new what she was doing and was capable of fixing the issue instead of the party line “ oh ill pass this on to my supervisor “ which of course never went
anywhere,

With regards to the Xbox Gamers you were directed to with your problem and your Xbox Support
experience.


While we are gamers, we will try and help the best we can with your problem/question. While we are not Microsoft Employees, we are able to reroute your ticket to a Microsoft Agent who has access to your account details and information if we need to.

If you engaged in a chat with the Xbox Gamer team and explained everything you went though, they should have rerouted you through.

If you would like to complain about your experience. The best thing to do would be to contact Xbox Support and ask to speak with their supervisor/manager. Then make a complaint there.

In regards to the subscription problem.

With this part of your text, just have a question:

• How did you renew your membership?

The system does not allow you to renew the membership as there is an auto renewal in place. So I am wondering if you purchased a new subscription plan either from a retail store or though Microsoft Store?

Is a subscription listed on your subscription page?

Does your subscription show as it went though?

You may want to check your bank account, though their online banking terminal, and see if the money you have paid has been sent back to you. If this has, then you may want to try again with making a purchase.

In regards to the games not working.

Now with that Microsoft debacle solved my Xbox one refreshes itself and starts updating and getting all my files (games & add ins) reloaded except that certain games like my evolved ultimate edition with almost every single add on for the game now states
I only have the beta version in top if that

Are you enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

Have you tried pressing and holding the power button on your Xbox Console for 30 seconds (The console should turn off) which will clear the cache. Then turn it on again. You may get a system update or the system will load your home screen where you are able
to sign into your account.

I now only have 63 games...

Please can you go to your My Games and Apps page and navigate to the Ready to Install Section. Do you see the other games there?

If not,

• Were these games downloaded with Games with Gold?
• Are these games installed on an external Hard Drive?

Hi Crimson,

Any saved data get's backed up to the Xbox Live cloud storage so if a world is missing locally from the hard drive, it should re-sync from the cloud. I suggest un-installing the game, restarting the Xbox, and then installing the game.

Once the game has been re-installed, check your list of worlds for the missing one.

I thought I missed out on some.great games, but Cloud what did you play last gen besides RE?

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you ran into this problem with the game going missing. Once you reinstall the game you should still be fine, the game will sync your cloud saves and put you right back to where you were.
