Missing games in ready to install

I had bought NBA2k16 and I had deleted it for more space and then when I went back to download it, it was gone. Is there anyway possible I can get this back? Because I'm not paying for it again.

Missing games in ready to install

Hey guys. I think I've found a solution to this problem without a power cycle being required. Simply sign out of your primary account (that's the account that is automatically signed in when booting the console), and launch My Games & Apps. Scroll down
to the Ready to Install list, and click the Show latest items button. From there, all of your games should show up, and you're free to sign back in.

I think the problem stems from the preview update not automatically refreshing your game licenses.

I actually achieved this without signing out of the primary profile there should be a new button (a refresh button I believe) to bring everything back.

Missing games in ready to install

I'm missing 180+ games from my ready to install list.

Only one game, APB:Reloaded remains.

I'm sorry to see any issues with downloading the game again! If it's not showing in your Ready to install anymore, it's likely that someone who once had your console set as their Home console has switched it, removing the ability for you to download that
game again.

To confirm, if you don't see the game listed under the
My Games section or see the purchase for the game on the
Commerce site, then it was not purchased on this account. You will need to work with anyone that has had your console set as their Home console to see if they were the ones that owned the game.

However, if you do see the purchase showing up on the Commerce site, post back a screenshot of that purchase, with your name listed in the upper right visible and any personal details scratched/blacked out. We can determine our next steps from there.

Hi there. This thread is very old, and it's very likely the OP has found their answer. If you have an issue you need some help with, I'd suggest creating your own thread so they community can help with your exact issue!

No, alot of us are having this issue and none of the above people have given me a plan of action that works for me. I don't know how to get my game that I downloaded and paid for. It's just missing.

All of my games are missing... hard resetting did nothing.
