    i just realised i had this issue with one game that i paid for. When you see it in the store go to manage and all the installation options would be there even though it says buy

    i would say you can't read as it's NOT a hide games issue.

    i am having the same problem after this last update.

    maybe we will find help for this on reddit as there is no help here ....

    Missing games in ready to install

    I contacted support about this, I had 144 games missing, they just told me to do a hard reset and it worked straightaway.

    Hold power button in for 10 secs > unplug for 30 seconds.

    I'm in the same boat, quite allot of games are missing. I've tried the hard reset trick and no luck. A bit bummed about this, but hopefully Ms will fix this soon.

    Hey guys. I think I've found a solution to this problem without a power cycle being required. Simply sign out of your primary account (that's the account that is automatically signed in when booting the console), and launch My Games & Apps. Scroll down
    to the Ready to Install list, and click the Show latest items button. From there, all of your games should show up, and you're free to sign back in.

    I think the problem stems from the preview update not automatically refreshing your game licenses.
