MISSING GAMES AND DLCS, HELP!

I can't no longer download some of my WWE 2K games like the WWE 2K15, 2K16 and 2K17 (DLCs included). The games were retired from the XBOX store and now they doesn't even appear in "ready to install" anymore.

What can I do

thanks for responding to my problem.

A friend borrowed me one of the games and I was successful at installing it, but the dlc's are still missing.

Thanks for responding. I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Customer Support agent. The agent would be able to look into your account and verify that the Xbox profile your using actually does own the licenses to the games
/ DLC that you're not able to find.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Hi try install a external hard drive if you see you no longer have space available. Or try making sure your privacy settings are correct.

If you purchased the games they should appear in your Order History.

Hey brad thanks for responding, but the games doesn't appear in

ready to install that's the issue and when I click on the games in my order history the only option it gives me is the order detail.

Also what appear in the store is only a dlc, the complete game isn't there anymore.
