Missing Gamertag/Profile Associated with Microscoft

I couldn't figure out where to put this but I am in quite the situation. Awkward enough I've used a different console for the past roughly 2 years and I finally got back onto my Xbox 360. I have every single receipt for every game
and Xbox gold subscription, and I can log into my Microsoft account, but it brought up a blank profile, and all of my games are gone, achievements and points are gone.

Does anyone know how I could go about this? I do not remember my gamertag unfortunately, but as I mentioned I still have every receipt from my account in my email and still have access to my Microsoft account.

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

yeah just create a new email address, go to xbox.com and change the email associated with your gamertag. heres the lnk for you.

Hi DangerousBard - but that doesn't work.

The steps you give are for a console profile signing on to create an xBox Live account for the first time. That is not the issue.

I have a 'console profile'.

I have an xBox Live account (this one I'm posting from...) and a gamertag with associated email address and password.

I want to use the 'console profile' to log into the gamertag I already have.

I have, based on previous instructions from Support, downloaded the gamertag profile to the machine already.

So, if I follow your instructions, I get the message "This Microsoft account is associated with a different Xbox LIVE profile. Try a different account"

I am missing some fundamental trick here somewhere.

in your receipt should be the gamertag too...

In any case, try to contact the official support team so they can check your situation through your email

It's actually only stating me by my first name, and Im not finding anywhere to recover my gamertag

Hey there Tatalle! So just to clarify, you have a GT you want to use, and an email address you want to use with it, but the email is currently being used on another account, correct? If so, you'd need to change the email address on the GT you don't want
to something else (a "dummy" email address). This will free up that email address to use on the GT you really want. You can get instructions to changing your WLID here:

Oh.. I missed the offline part. I think you'd have to somehow associate it with an online account. I'm not sure you can do that from the Xbox One though - might have to do it from the 360.
