    Just bought an xbox one s when i signed into xbox live the gamescore and all the other information did not transfer.it seems like the account has been reset but when i checkt on my 360 its all there and it has the same email
    and password

    missing some gamescore

    i have been having issues with my game score for some days now any points i get dose not add to my account game score i try talking to some of your mates working gave me some things to do still didn't work cos am still missing lots of my points and its not
    cool he asked me to come down here to leave a message for you guys so u cant try to fix this i have done everything i was asked to do still didn't work

    Problems gamescore - update

    Hi All,

    I gotta a serious problems. I was playing and two achievements popped up, then i go to the achievements menu and the achievements were there, ok. BUT...my gamescore is with the same points. So, i kindly ask you: how can i update my numbers? i´m missing 160
    points in gamescore but the achievements are done.

    Please, help me.

    Hi!

    Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button and try again. If it doesn't work, try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again. Let us know!
