Missing gamerscore

When I started playing The Walking Dead A New Frontier, on my Xbox One, my Gamerscore was 558,000.

As of this writing, there are 4 episodes of the game available to play. 24 achievements out of 30 and 800/1000 Gamerscore. I have played all four episodes and have unlocked all 24 achievements. On my console, I have all 24 achievements unlocked, but my
gamehub only shows 23 out of the 24 achievements unlocked and 700/800 Gamerscore. The same thing shows up on my profile on xbox.com.

On TrueAchievements.com, it shows that I have not completed the 4th episode, specifically the final achievement for 100 points for completing the final chapter of episode 4. The same achievement that both my console and xbox.com show as completed.

I am missing the 100 points from that final chapter. My Gamerscore right now should be 558,800. Instead, it is listed as 558,700.

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?
