    Missing Gamerscore Points


    Hello. I am currently having some trouble with some of my achievements. For one game, Alan Wake, I have just today, 4/9/17, unlocked an achievement worth 50G, and the notification is there when you look into the library of achievements for the game, yet
    on the achievement card, the thing you look at before you click on it to expand, it only says 49 and the overall gamerscore is 50G less than what it should be. This has also occurred a little while back at the end of december 2016, when I unlocked all the
    remaining achievements for Batman: The Telltale Series for episodes 4 and 5, and I received the notification that I got them, yet they don't show up in the overall GS for the game or in my actually overall gamerscore. Note: Both of these games are on my Xbox
    360. Can you please help my try to figure out how to add them back to my Gamerscore and see if this is a glitch or something?

    missing 40000 points gamerscore !!!

    Hello, today i lost 40k of my gamerscore and i don't know why ! This really sucks... Please help me. Thanks!

    Completed LEGO starwars 3 100%, all achievements unlocked but only shows 990G and 47/48. But all the achievements are unlocked. Any help?

    I see. To clarify, did you receive the gamerscore points for the missing achievement? is it just not being reflected on the game overview?

    missing 40000 points gamerscore !!!

    Doesn't look like a Gamerscore reset so i'd say it's a glitch that has been affecting a few people.

    Give it a few days & your Gamerscore should correct itself.

    Cannot Download Xbox Live Profile

    Fixed the gamerscore thing. Cleared cache again and redownloaded my profile. Now in achievements there is a thing called "Xbox One Games" which had all of my missing points.

    Yep I have the same problem, and the same issue in the same scenario. I had about 180,000 Gamerscore points, but now it says that I have only 148,957 Gamerscore Points. I've checked my achievement for games and they say that I have games with 0% achievements
    collected on them. But when I select the games it will show exactly what achievements I have collected. So I am missing about 30,000 Gamerscore, that is like mastering 30 games.

    Why has a chunk of my gamerscore disappeared for no reason??

    No... I have played on both my xbox's since this happened and the difference in gamerscore is only what I have accrued since then...

    I am still missing the original 1400 points!!
