Missing gamerscore on dashboard and xbox.com but not when viewing achievements

Hey everyone,

So strange situation, when I view my achievements under the achievements area (completed games) it says I have 100030. When I compare games it says I have 100030. But when anyone views my profile or when you see my profile on xbox.com it says that I have
100015. I cant figure out the shortage of 15 points and I have tried deleting and re-downloading the profile. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Anyone have any suggestions?

Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

My current issue is that I have 75 completed achievements in the MCC for a total of 580 gamerscore. When viewing my achievement app fullscreen (and viewing achievements on xbox.com) it tells me I have 74 achievements for 570, but when viewing MCC achievements
in snapped mode it has the correct totals. I cross checked the achievements from the snapped mode with xbox.com and all the achievements are present in both, just one isn't being added to the tally on xbox.com. Not to mention the 4 or so "unlocking" achievements
from Tuesday still.

Hey Peko! We can't unlock achievements for anyone, so we wouldn't be able to put them on your profile for you. I'm looking at your achievements on xbox.com however, and I'm seeing quite a few Tomb Raider single-player achievements unlocked. Can you take
a look at your profile on xbox.com and see if it shows all the achievements you're missing? Also, does your gamerscore (on your console) reflect your proper gamerscore? I'm wondering if you still have credit for the achievements in your total gamerscore, but
it's just not showing the achievements unlocked when you look at Tomb Raider specifically on your console.

 

I am not sure. It could be delayed by some. Try waiting about 30 minutes or so.
