Missing Gamerscore and unable to launch Xbox One achievement app

alright does the xbox 360 on the actual console fix itself just like with xbox one achievements where the gamerscore and achievements are missing or not adding up?

This still doesn't seem to have been fixed properly. I unlocked the "Overachiever" achievement in Sunset Overdrive, but the gamerscore for it has never been added to my total gamerscore.

- My total gamerscore is showing as 46960, but it should be 46970.

- I see my total gamerscore displayed wrong on xbox.com, the Xbox One achievement app and on my Xbox 360.

While I'm in the achievement app it tells me for Sunset Overdrive I have 40/1325 GS and 2 achievements. When I click on Sunset Overdrive in the achievement app, it says the same, but under "your achievements" it shows me that I unlocked 3 achievements: "Oh
the Horror!" for 30GS, "Overachiever" for 10GS, and "The Floor is Lava" for 10GS, adding up to a total of 50GS.

I'm very sure that the missing 10GS come from the "Overachiever" achievement, because that one never popped up, and I unlocked the "The Floor is Lava" achievement after the problem occured.

This has been ongoing since the 4th of February now, and I would really appreciate if this gets fixed soon.

Many thanks for answering this quickly.

- The issue started yesterday - only with a few X360 games, not all of them, like Assassins Creed II, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Star Ocean. Today, Final Fantasy XIII disappeared as well.

- My GamerScore is the same on Xbox console and app but I do see a discrepancy on a website called "SuccessOne" (to track down achievements progress) as my total GamerScore is 70.000 sharp, but only 63840 now on this site, so there are 6160 points missing.

- I can see the achievements only on my Xbox 360 menu, not on Xbox One or Xbox app. The games seem to be simply gone.

- So far I've tried launching these games and disconnecting/reconnecting my profile. Nothing's worked.

As I mentioned in my previous post, my gamerscore seems to be correct, for the time being. It remained accurate even after earning a few more achievements on the XBox One.

I can still answer your questions, if you like, since I was having the issue:

-My gamerscore is showing as 95,285, as of this post, which is exactly what it should be

-I have checked xbox.com, and the achievement app on the XBox One

I will likely earn more achievements shortly, so we'll see if it remains accurate.
