    Missing Gamerpics


    Had a One for about a year now, kept my old 360 gamerpic, today I went into the customization menu and clicked on change gamertag to avatar. Now I can't recover my old pic. In fact none of my pictures I have purchased in the past are available for selection.
    Whats the deal? Anyone else trying to figure this out?

    I haven't noticed any new gamerpics on XB1. Am I missing something obvious or are you folks talking about 360?

    Default Gamerpic missing?

    My girlfriend had this gamerpic:

    And it got changed by accident. Well, when we went to change it back it wasn't there. I don't know the name of it, but I think it's from Perfect Dark. It doesn't show up in the hard drive or the gamerpic selection screen. Is it from a gamerpic pack? is there a way to recover it?

    The gamerpictures from the Xbox360 are not available on the Xbox One as they don't have the required resolution for it.

    I want to add that Gamerpics while nice are not critical to gameplay. The focus is solving demand and security issues, and gamerpics believe-it-or-not are a problem to both. Until that is solved gamerpic updates will be disabled. I hope you will understand
    that the priority is security, security, security, gameplay, social interaction and then personalization,

    We all miss it, but I agree with the priorities.

    Default gamerpic missing

    Looks like one that came pre-installed on the storage device. If it has been deleted, you can't download this one. A small selection of the original gamer pictures are on the Xbox 360 guide of an Xbox 360 backwards compatible game if you use an Xbox One.
