    I have recently noticed im missing atleast 1 game, Ancestors a humankind odyssey. I preordered this game on my xbox one and i played it for hours, i have recently got a series X and this game is missing from my microsoft account, it tells me i dont own it, there is no record of it anywhere except i still own and can play this game on my old xbox one, this issue has also happened previously with gta v after years of owning and playing it

    This game is on my xbox app on my phone and i can remotely download it to my xbox X but i am unable to play it

    Is there any way to resolve this other than buying the game again just for my xbox X?
