Missing game ?

I game share with a friend of mine, and I recently bought an xbox one X ... Tried to load up Agents of Mayhem and it told me I didn't own the game. I uninstalled it to reinstall in hoping for a fix, and now the game is nowhere to be found. Not in the ready
to install list nor install option through the store. It wants me to purchase it , which is not gonna happen since well we own it. What do I do ?

You'll receive codes for the BC Gears games in an Xbox Live message. They are going out in waves, so don't worry quite yet if you haven't received them - the original date given for the codes going out was December 1st, but some people seem to be getting
them a bit early.

 

Have you tried a hard reset? That shall take care of it. You'll just need to go to settings to find it under power section. If that doesn't work, you may have to contact official support.

 

Make sure your friend is still gamesharing with you through the account that has made the purchase

If that doesn't work, it's also worth a try to remove your profile from the console and to download it again afterwards.

Check the correct setting of your "Home Xbox". If you have purchased a new console, you will need to reset the share.

You'll need to make sure that your friend has set your new Xbox One X as their home Xbox like you would of done with you're old one, once that's been done his games should show back in your list.
