Missing game pre oder

Hello i pre odered cold war however i didnt have enough money so i canceled my oder and recived my money back. I enede up with enough money to buy it so i did my money has gone through on my bank however the game says to play it i need to buy it i checked
my game libary and its not there i aslo went to the store to see if it says install however it does not it says buy.

Any help would be greatly aprreciated Thanks in advance

Hello check on your microsoft billing and see if the order went through?? I actually just purchased this game. My order didnt go through via my cellphone and I had to order via my computer. Just make sure it shows up on your billing side of things and
make sure new payment was taken from account.

there is no record of it being orderd on my xbox side of things but it has gone through on my bank

I had not the game before the pre-oder. I made the pre-oder and emmidiately download peggle 2. But it was downloaded as an EA access membership. But why?
