Missing Game Pass Quest Rewards - October

It is now January and I have still not received my "Ultimate Mystery Gift" or "Epic Mystery Gift" for completing the October Game Pass quests. I fully completed them by receiving achievements in a multitude of games from the specific list. I contacted Xbox
Support but because of a lack of resources are unable to fix my issue. Here is my reference number: 1411557522.

Haven't received XBox Quests rewards for October or November

Hi. I never received the mystery prizes for completing the XBox Quest requirements in October and November. From reading other posts I understand the November rewards are still going out, but any help with the missing October reward would be appreciated.

Still missing rewards

I was contacted by master beep and haven’t heard anything back about my missing of the game pass and Xbox quest rewards

 

For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.
