Missing game on game list (FIFA17)

    Missing game on game list (FIFA17)


    Hello support,

    I have buy a "demat" game (game without CD FIFA17) but I can not find it on my game list on the Xbox site.

    I'm afraid of uninstalling it because I will not able to reinstall it.

    How I can refind it ?

    If I unintall it, is it possible to reinstall it and how?

    fifa17 bundle code re-use

    When i bought this xbox one, there comes Fifa17 bundle whit it.

    i download fifa17 from store and setup it. Works fine.

    While ago my xbox is very mess-up.

    So i reset it. Delete all profile and create the new one.

    Still saving all the games/apps.

    But when i try to play fifa17, it won't work. Asking if i own the game or not?

    So i delete fifa17 and try to install it again with bundle code that i get when i buy xbox, but it says code has already use.

    how i can install fifa17 again?
