    Missing game from my ready to install library


    Hello, I have a problem with a game missing from my account, the game in question is Ark survival evolved that I originally purchased back when it was released as game preview on Xbox one, I uninstalled it a few months ago and a week ago I wanted to play it again, and it's nowhere to be found on my games list, I have the fist dlc (scorched earth) but doesn't show the base game, if I go to the store page, it tells me to purchase it instead of saying I own it, I bought it with my account, not game shared from someone else, and I even went to the Microsoft account page with all the transactions on my account, and it shows only the dlc, but the purchase history of the game preview of the original game is just gone, and I remember that it was cheaper in game preview than what it costs right now as a full released game, I don't know what to do, I don't know if there's a ways to get the game back, or some sort of refund of the original game preview price, please help, I don't wanna have to spend money on something I already am supposed to have.

    If the game does not show up in the account even though you are certain it was bought under the same account you checked, you might want to contact the support through: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Both games have been part of free play weekends, not completely free. Free play weekends only allow you to play the games for free on those specific days. You have to purchase them if you want to continue playing them for free afterwards.

    You will also need an active Gold subscription to be able to play them as they are both online games.
