    Missing game from my account on a different console


    Hey ! I 've bought gears of war 4 in precommand last year on the market and play it with no problem at my home on my personal xbox.

    I'm trying to play it on a different console at work (lunchtime), so I connect with my account , but I can't find my bought games such as gears of war 4 on my library. There are all my old 360 market games like limbo/super meat boy/braid etc. BUT no xbox
    one game !

    I tried to go onto the market and look for gears of war 4 , but when I'm trying to download it I have to pay 69 euros !!

    Any ideas about why on this different console my account doesn't recognize that I already possess that Xbox one game ?

    I hope I can word this without sounding silly:

    I have an account that is on a different console (xbox 360) well, I left and it wasn't my console. Now I have my own (xbox one) and I was wondering: If I bring my account to this device, can anyone get on my account on the other xbox? - If I buy an xbox
    live subscription, I don't want this person moochin off my money. lol.

    I'm wondering because I had games and other things on that account but I suppose I could make a new one.

    Yes they can, you can remove your account from it under My Account on the website here. Using "Remove my profile from all Xbox 360 consoles".

    you don't download it from the marketplace you must install it from the ready to install section

    Also you can check your transactions at commerce.microsoft.com

    on your XBONE, go to My Games and Apps and highlight Just Cause 3, then press the menu button (3 horizontal lines) and select manage game and add-ons to see if you can reinstall the DLC from there

    Yep, on my account, when I got the console in the winter. They aren't under "installed" nor "ready to install", and when I check the Just Cause 3 page on the store it just has the option to buy the DLC again. No external hard drive, power cycle didn't
    solve it.
