    Missing Game/DLC


    I pre-order the WWE 2K15 years ago digital deluxe edition years ago when it was released on the Xbox One and it's no longer showing up in my game library on either my Xbox One or my new Xbox Series X.

    I decided to try getting a disc to see if I could reinstall it and play it that way, which I was able to install, but most of the DLC that came with the version of the game I purchased is also not showing up in my Ready to Install section for the game (a
    few did, but lots are missing), which prevents me from even loading the game because it complains about missing DLC from my save file, so even with a disc, it's not playable.

    I'd like to know who I can get in contact with in regards to getting this fixed, because, while I understand this is an older game that was delisted years ago, it's supposed to still be downloadable and playable for those that bought it before it was removed
    from the store.

    DLC is add on content for games. Are you saying that you are missing the whole game?

    Is it the DLC or the actual game that is missing. If it is just the DLC, I would suggest re-installing the game. Check if the DLC is lsited as already purchased in the store as well. If it is then it should be in your ready to install list.

    You have already contacted xbox support, could you tell them what happens with those purchases and could you show them the order number that came to you when buying those games
