Missing game codes

I purchased Rainbow six seige on the Xbox store and itnsaid that I would receive rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2. It said it would take 7-10 days and it has been 14 days so far and I have not received them

I would return it to the retailer you got it from and explain its missing the code, or get them to show you another copy and see where the code is

I do remember then when the game originally launched, some new copies of the game were missing the Catwoman DLC code card that should have come with each new cop of the game, it could be you got a version of the GOTY and are just missing this code card

Was the game fully sealed when you bought it?

Took the box apart. Still no download code anywhere to be found. Console was sealed when I received it so I don't see how this could be the retailer's fault. Surely this a fault from the distributor?
