    To make sure we have the proper information to help us look into this further for you, please make sure to include the following information in any new reports added to this thread:

    1. Did you purchase 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via the promotional tile on the Xbox console, or via the page for the promotion at Xbox.com?

    2. The date that you purchased 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via this promotion (to be eligible, you must have purchased during the promotion window between 1/15/2018 and 1/30/2018).
    1 I spoke to a customer service representative and they confirmed the purchase I have a reference number if you need it and yes I did buy it within the deal time window

    I too purchased Xbox Live Gold during the promo period. I am being told by Xbox Support that because I did not purchase it through a tile on the Xbox, I am not eligible for the promotion. Even though the link I clicked on to purchase the renewal of my subscription
    was right there in the ad. Now I am being directed here to post my concern. Kind of not cool MS.

    I also contacted support right after ordering on 1/24/2018 to confirm I did it correctly and they confirmed I still have the email saved, that I would be getting the 3 free months.

    Please give me my 3 months.

    Yes I did, on two different accounts (mine and my son's). I still have the receipts.

    Same issue. Support told me to post in this forum.
    Same issue, same promotion. I wouldn’t mind but I could have just bought 3+3 free from game for the same price!!

    Crazy that tech support can’t sort this and are telling people to post on a public forum when clearly nothing gets done about it on here either!!
