    missing FIFA16 pionts


    My son bought Fifa 16 points and although we have been charged and confirmed purchase the points have not appeared on his xbox so he can use them. Tried ringing microsoft, bad idea got pushed to 5 different depts., then cut off. Any ideas how to resolve
    this before my son drives me mad??????
