    The Microsoft Support Chat sent me here to receive any code for getting my bonus.

    What content, specifically, are you missing? And where did you pre-order your game from? In the meantime, please take a look at this guide from EA

    regarding the FIFA 17 editions     that explains how the bonus content works.

    Pre ordered the game from xbox live link that was on fifa 16. Only pack now missing is my FUT kit pack.
