Missing features on dashboard

Hello, I'm missing features on my account. It looks like this

I have created another profile which is alright. Everything is there. What's wrong with my profile? Why I have only home,social, games and settings?

Where's the Xbox 360 Features on Xbox One ?

We as gamers missing the Xbox 360 Features. All Gamers can agree that Xbox 360 was the best console. I realized Xbox took those features away and gave us something new. Xbox should bring the Xbox 360 features back. Many gamers are not feeling the same as
it used to be. Xbox needs to adapt Xbox 360 feature on Xbox One with new features. Xbox 360 features needs to come back.

Questions:

1. What happened to the Xbox 360 features?

2. Why can't we have the Xbox 360 dashboard on Xbox One?

3. What happened to the Xbox Avatars Xbox 360 features.

4. Why Xbox didn't import Xbox 360 features and dashboards with new other features as well?

5. Will Xbox add Xbox 360 features to the Xbox One?

Please answer all my questions. Thank You -

Missing / wanted features

Tones is spot on. The 360 wireless pads were always wireless so no switch was needed. The new XB1 pads are wired data when plugged in with any USB cable, wireless when not.

Also make sure you use your dashboard features to report and block the person, and set them as an avoided player.

Edit: Bah, missed the date thing myself.

I do agree in some aspects, i do miss the snap functionality, i did use this feature alot, they should give us the option of having alternate dashboards.

Nope, no update for my slim either....it would seem that those who featured in the last dashboard beta have gotten the update first, not all has gone smoothly, some reporting that Tab section are missing like TV section, others saying their dashboard is
responding really slowly.

While I do miss some of the functionality and features of previous dashboard builds...I do like how the current model/updates have been focusing on speed. I would not trade anything for a faster dash atm...
