Missing Fallout 3 Redeem Code

I purchased and installed Fallout 4 during the promo where I would get Fallout 3 to download onto my Xbox One. The code was sent to me, but I forgot about it until today. I went to get it and the message containing the code was gone... I contacted support
and the rep verified my purchase and install date of the game. I purchased it on November 21, 2015. The rep sent me this link and said to make a post here so that the moderators can resend the code to me.

Please send me the code so I can install Fallout 3 on my xbox one.

Missing Fallout 3 code

I received a message from Xbox with my Fallout 3 code. I was busy playing Fallout 4 and didn't redeem the code. When I got a message from Xbox with my Gears of War codes, I realized the Fallout 3 message was missing.

How do I recover it?

I downloaded Fallout 4, with it I got a redeem code for Fallout 3, The message expired and I am trying to Redeem fallout 3.

Not a worry, a support agent will be able to help you in retreiving the code

Just as a side note, messages sent over live will expire after 30days, so make sure to use any codes prior to that otherwise you'll have to go through this all over again

Thanks for the reply. The rep I was chatting with told me about the 30 day limit on messages so I know for next time. So, should I contact a support agent again to get the code or will they take care of it from here? I've never had to contact support for
this before so I don't know my way around here.

i am havig the exact problem, when i tried to redeem a fallot 3 code that came with fallout 4 it give me an error. can someone help me please
