Missing Fallout 3 Redeem Code

I purchased a digital copy of Fallout 4 through the Xbox One Store on 09/15/15, but I do not have a code to redeem Fallout 3. Looking around, it appears the codes were sent via Xbox Messages. I rarely check these, and as I understand it, messages do expire
and are deleted automatically.

My guess is that I was in fact sent a code to redeem my copy of Fallout 3, but I never saw the message and it was deleted automatically before I read it.

I'm hoping you can verify my purchase of Fallout 4, but also verify that I did not redeem the code for my copy of Fallout 3.

Missing Fallout 3 code

I received a message from Xbox with my Fallout 3 code. I was busy playing Fallout 4 and didn't redeem the code. When I got a message from Xbox with my Gears of War codes, I realized the Fallout 3 message was missing.

How do I recover it?

I downloaded Fallout 4, with it I got a redeem code for Fallout 3, The message expired and I am trying to Redeem fallout 3.
