Missing Extended Service Plan

I noticed today that an ESP that I added to my console on 3/1 has gone missing from my registered devices. I called support and they seem to have no record of me ever purchasing the ESP, and billing.microsoft.com does not show the charge. Catch is, I was
listed on my console even a few days ago, I have proof of charge to my credit card, and I have the email receipt from the purchase, which was done via the online service center. I did this one after receiving an advanced exchange console, but prior to sending
my broken one back....

I am waiting to hear from tier 3 support, but was curious if anyone else has run into this.

also sort of odd is I had ordered a second power supply from the online service center, was charged, got the power supply but it to seems to have gone MIA.

Extended Service Plan

Just wanted to say how absurd it is that I'm unable to purchase an extended warranty. I mean I shouldn't have to but I am willing to ensure that my console will remain operational yet I am unable to. I'm only posting here as I know is pointless contacting
again and here seems to be the only place I may get an answer / helpful response. Admins feel free to move this if its in the wrong section.

I've spoken to a representative online and over the phone and its just useless. The online agent said I should ring up as it shouldn't be a problem (considering my circumstance) and the agent on the phone said its not possible.

I've had my Xbox since Day One however I was unaware of initial 45 day period in which to register for the 3 years warranty (a leaflet in the box would've been appreciated!). A few months ago I received a replacement Xbox due to it still being covered by
the 1 year warranty, after which in the online service center there was an option to extend my plan. It even had an offer of 2 for 1 year. Yet every time I try nothing happens, I've periodically tried every couple of weeks and decided that today since my plan
expires in 3 days I would push a bit harder.

What makes it worse is that I actually bought a years warranty with the retailer Game, which I purchased the console from (Still even have the receipt). So its not for lack of trying on my end.

Would appreciate it if a representative would look at this and be gracious enough to help. Because lets be honest the console isn't that durable and I'm not buying another one when it shouldn't be an issue to actually
pay for more warranty from the product's company and not some 3rd party.

I think the whole xbox live website was pretty f'd. I couldn't access any apps or downloads for hours this evening on my x1.

That's correct, it can only be extended for a total of 3 years (1 year standard warranty, 2 years for an extended warranty for 3 years total). If you just got your console back from being repaired that console has 90 days from the date you received it back
covering any sort of issues you may experience.

If your eject button isn't working you'd want to contact them and send it in for repair again, but if they are telling you that you can't pay to extend the warranty then you can't extend it, there's really nothing we can do for you in that area.

One, information was spread through our Xbox Wire page. For more information on the extended warranty, please check out our
Microsoft Complete for Xbox One page. Once the console it out of warranty, we will still repair it for a fee.
