Missing Enforcement action

Hello, after a long conversation with the support I was directed here to the forums. My Profile has received a communication suspension that I was unaware of. I had just finished two suspensions previously dealt to me on May 28th of this year and May 30th
of this year, the 1st one ended on Monday the 12th and the second ended on Tuesday the 13th . Then this mysterious 3rd infraction which, It does not show up on my dashboard on the enforcement page and I had not received an email from the enforcement team,
or a message from Xbox live about it.



The communication suspension from what the very helpful support lady said over the phone said that it would last until SEPTEMBER 7th, which is outrageous! She had told me that on her end she saw that apparently on May 30th of this year I had received this
suspension but yet on my end there was no sign of a communication that was received for that day. These are the only emails, and messages I have received from Xbox and the enforcement team about suspensions. None of which mention anything about a 3rd suspension.
On a side note this suspension has affected other profiles on my Xbox which have no violations or infractions on them. They are not allowed to talk in parties or send messages, but they can still hear in party and game chat just not talk. They can talk and
send messages on another Xbox (little brother tested it at his friends house) just not on our Xbox at home. While my account has all the same things applied to it just cant hear people in party or game chat. So after a two hour long phone call with the very
nice and helpful support lady she had told me to come here in the hopes of being able to get in contact with the enforcement team about removing this suspension that I shouldn't have and get everything resolved with my Xbox. Thank you and God bless the soul

Toxicity - Overload?

He thinks he is clever, messaging you as he has. Probably thinks he has found a way round enforcement action but he will get a shock. Using special characters, acronyms or missing letters out, does not avoid action.

 

Enforcement action

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

 

Ive gotten this too, just today. Are you unable to play multiplayer at all? Kinda stupid ban really, when weve already recieved a com ban on that account, but yet we get done for harrassment, abuse, and threats when we are in a com ban period. Enforcement
Team overstepping their rights and rules? Correct. Do they give a cows poo about it? None what so ever i can guarantee you
