    Missing email and password


    Hey,

    I had a Xbox 360 a long time ago. There I had a Microsoft account with the gamertag “Ortkatze”. Now I bought me an Xbox one and I know that I have some games on my old account. But I can’t remember which email or password I used for this account. I tried
    all the email accounts I have, but none of them is linked with this gamertag.

    I hope you can help me somehow.

    You need to use the same email account and the same password to log in at that profile. If you miss any of that info try recuperating the password.

    Same thing is happening to me. I changed my password, updated all info, and even added another email alias to log in with. Nothing is working. Ever since it asked me for my email and password everything is just chaos. I'm missing black ops 2 time.

    @Miss Ermine. I cant do what you suggested. because i cannot log in using my gamer tag. it ask for and email and password. but when i enter the email and password which i have used since ever, i get an error message. i think my emial has been tied to two
    different gamertag
