    I joined the Mixer stream a while ago (when the handout of the skin was) and up until today I haven't received it yet. I've linked my Microsoft account to my Mixer channel as well, so that shouldn't be the problem.

    It's on the Order History page, but when I try to redeem the code, it says that it's already redeemed, which I DID NOT DO. What's going on???
