Missing Ebony Flintlock Skin

Hello,

I have also watched the Mixer stream with my Xbox Live account linked to my Mixer account and logged in. I still have not gotten the Ebony Flintlock skin that was promised. I've checked my Xbox Live messages as well as the weapons locker on the ship and
there's no sign of either. Can you help? Gamertag: Gothboy77

Hi, as I've stated, I was signed into Mixer using my Microsoft Live account, GothBoy77. I watched the entire Mixer stream. I have checked my Xbox console messages and they do not contain a message about the flintlock. What are our next steps?

 

As per this uploaded image, you can see that my Mixer account is linked to my Microsoft account. I specifically created this account on 3/22 to watch the stream. There doesn't seem to be a stream watch history or an account creation date that I could screenshot
for you. I've checked my order page on my Microsoft account and don't show the Ebon Flintlock as being credited. Please do whatever needs to be done to credit this properly, all my friends have received theirs.
