Good morning - I watched the live stream of Sea of Thieves on the Xbox channel on March 22nd while signed into my Microsoft account but have not received my ebony flintlock pistol after the week waiting period.

Missing Ebony Flintlock Pistol

I watched the entire mixer stream with my accounts linked and never received a code for the ebony flintlock item. This post said I should make a topic here in order to rectify the situation.

Heya!

We have determined that the account you posted with does have the content linked to the account. To double check this go to your
Commerce page on the account website.

You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.

Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

Hi! I am not at home now so can't confirm this, but some have said they hadn't received a code either, but that the Ebony Flintlock just appeared in their Armory. May want to check your Armory in-game to confirm if you see it there.

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)?

Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?

Same situation here! I watched the stream live and didn't receive the skin, I have a screenshot for proof too.

Same problem here. I watched the stream for long enough to earn 10 "levels" or mixer exp, had my account linked and havent seen the skin in-game, message or email. Would hate to miss out on such a cool exclusive skin! If someone could contact me as well
it would be appreciated.
