I've not received the code for the free month of EA Access after signing up through the e-mail I received detailing £3.99 for a month + a free extra month. I believe the code should have been messaged to me, but I have not received it.

Any chance of some help please? online chat for EA pushed me your direction.

I wanted to clarify a bit on your situation, since your Global Escalations agent had reached out about this: The team that handles promotions does not directly work with customers. What will happen for the EA Access thing is that I will be providing updates
for that as I'm able to. The currency you should have received for the order in the first place should be handled by your contact with Global Escalations. Hopefully that helps straighten everything out!
