Missing downloadable content for a backwards compatible game

Hello all, im missing the first DLC for black ops 1 (First strike) when I go on my 360 it is there on my hard drive but when i go on my one it is not under manage game, when i go to the store it is asking me to purchase it again.

Hi

Yes I believe with backwards compatible games the DLC should also work, I have installed Burnout Paradise and Mass Effect games on my console as well as DLC content for them.

If you own DLC for a backwards compatible once you have installed the game highlight the game in My Games and Apps then press the menu button and select manage game. Once the manage game screen opens one of the options available will show the available DLC
content you own that is available to be installed.

GTA 5

DLC stands for Downloadable Content so any extra downloadable content that you may get for the game might not be compatible with the disc.

have you gone into the games file by clicking manage game to look for the missing content?

Gone into manage game and my other DLC's are there, i went back on the 360 and it says its installed on the console, i removed it and reinstalled it but its not showing up on xbox one.

This is happening on your 360 you say?

If it is, then I would suggest re-updating the console by trying Solution 7 on our support page entitled

Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

Give that a shot and let us know how that worked out

Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.

Alright, Using my account, I accessed the DLC content in my profile under "my games." It detected that Zombie Island and the Secret Armory content were already owned, and It gave me the option for downloading them. I did so, and it told me that it would
be added to my download queue if they were backwards compatible. But they will not show up in my queue. Borderlands itself is backwards compatible, and it appears that Claptraps robolution DLC is as well, but now my question is: Is the other DLC not backwards
compatible? Because It will not download.
