Missing download code for rock band rivals

Hello, I purchased Rock Band Rivals Band Kit at Game Stop on Dec 9. Despite the box saying that it did, it did not include the software digital redeem code. Initially I contacted game stop and they said to contact Microsoft which in turn referred me here.
Please help!

Rock band export keys not working in Rock Band 4

I am attempting to import into Rock Band 4 my songs from Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, and Lego Rock Band. My download history as shown in
Sign in to your Microsoft account shows export keys for all 3. However following the links goes to a missing / bad page, such as : https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/...port-Key/00000000-0000-400c-80cf-009945410829

Consequently, I am unable to import these songs into Rock Band 4. Please inform me of the correct links and how to fix this problem. Thanks.

Rivals Launch Pack<< store page? If that link tries to charge you, please do not pay for it.

I just purchased Rock Band 4 Rivals bundle on Xbox One, ran into the same problem, and have had lengthy conversations with Xbox and Harmonix support.

For anyone googling this/considering buying the game, I would assume at this point that the instructions posted here are no longer supported for Xbox One: https://harmonix.zendesk.com/hc/en-...export-other-Rock-Band-titles-to-Rock-Band-4-

I don't believe that "My games & apps" - "Rock Band 4" - "Manage game & add-ons" - "Ready to Install" works anymore at all for the Xbox 360 content. Does anyone still have anything listed there?

Harmonix's response so far has been to ask if I could look up a track in the in-game store. It shows as "Purchased" in the game. So you would have to manually find and download and install each track individually, since the "Rock Band 2 Export Pack",
"Green Day Export Pack", "LEGO Rock Band Export Pack", "Rock Band Song Export Key" etc are not available.

please keep in mind that not all songs, particularly rock band net work made it to the rock band four. If you feel any songs are missing you should double check harmonics is database on rockband.com

Go to Rock Band 3. Go to Get More Music and click Enter Code. Enter the code that is on the back of the manual for Rock Band 2(formally the 20 free songs code)

All songs but Journey, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC, and Soundgarden transfer. The bonus songs are not included in the transfer, however you can download all the bonus songs from the marketplace for free.
