    Missing DLC


    I purchased the season pass for The Division when it first was launched, but none of my DLC is available. I have played all of them before, but for some reason none of them are available now. It keeps prompting me to purchase them again. When I go to manage
    games it states that the season pass is owned and all the DLC is downloaded. I contacted Xbox support and followed the troubleshooting methods. I removed my account and conducted a hard reset, however none of my content is available. Can anyone assist? I really
    enjoy this game and want the full experience back.

    Missing DNA structure... Look at AC2, there were two strands of DNA missing that were DLC...

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try posting in that game's forum for assistance.

    Yes what Legend said. You are missing the actual DLC. It takes both the update and the downloaded DLC to work. How do SO many people miss this.

    For some reason this problem won't let me access my Mass Effect 2 DLC. Every time I try to start the game it tells me that I'm missing DLC. The thing that was really weird is that it says I'm missing a different DLC every time.
